Terms of Use

Welcome to “Oxycode LLZ FZ” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 4+ years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our App. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. License

​

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use on a compatible Apple device that you own or control.

3. User Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.

  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code.

  • Not use the App to infringe on the rights of others or violate laws.

  • Maintain the security of your device and login credentials, if applicable.
     

4. Subscriptions & Payments

If the App offers subscription plans:

​

  • Some features may be available via auto-renewable subscriptions.

  • Free trials may be offered; charges begin after the trial unless cancelled.

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
     

5. Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and we do not issue refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support. Users are solely responsible for managing and canceling any future subscription renewals through their App Store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to logos, icons, designs, text, code, and graphics—are owned by “Oxycode LLZ FZ” or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

 

7. Privacy

​

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our “Privacy Policy” to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

8. Updates & Modifications

​

We may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance or fix bugs. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms, any applicable law, or that is harmful to other users or the App itself.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

12. Third-Party Services

​

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or compliance with applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 

14. Changes to Terms

​

We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Fair Usage Policy

​​

Each premium user may generate up to 30 optimized CVs per day using the resume builder. Additionally, users may upload and process up to 20 existing CVs per day to create or update their profiles. These limits are designed to prevent abuse, automated scraping, or excessive system load.
